I am a Chartered Organisational Psychologist, researcher and coach with over two decades of experience studying and supporting people in complex, high-pressure environments.
As an Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Limerick, my research explores the psychological factors that help individuals and organisations thrive. My work spans leadership, meaning in life, identity, burnout, wellbeing and organisational behaviour, with the aim of generating evidence that informs both policy and practice.
Alongside my academic career, I work with academics, leaders and professionals who are navigating periods of change, transition or increased responsibility. Whether stepping into leadership, managing competing demands, or seeking greater clarity and purpose, coaching provides a confidential space to reflect, develop and move forward with confidence.
My coaching is informed by both psychological science and formal coach training. I am a Chartered Organisational Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland and am currently working towards Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
