Who I Work With
I work with academics, leaders and professionals who are navigating periods of change, increased responsibility or career transition. Coaching provides a confidential space to reflect, gain perspective and develop practical strategies for moving forward.
What Is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused process that supports you to think more clearly, identify your goals and develop your own solutions. Rather than offering advice or telling you what to do, I ask thoughtful questions, introduce evidence-based psychological perspectives where appropriate, and create a space for reflection, challenge and growth.
Coaching can help you:
What to Expect
Sessions typically last 60 minutes and take place online.
Our first conversation (Discovery Call) is an opportunity to discuss your goals, explore whether coaching is the right fit, and answer any questions you may have.
Subsequent sessions are tailored to your needs and may include reflection, goal setting, practical strategies and opportunities to review progress between sessions.
My Approach
My coaching is grounded in psychological science, informed by over two decades of research and leadership in higher education, and supported by formal coach training. I combine evidence-based psychological principles with a collaborative coaching approach to help clients navigate complexity, develop confidence and achieve meaningful, sustainable change.
